Mainly, All the construction materials used in all the buildings were " steel, concrete, colored glass(blue-green), and sometimes yellow Rocks, where this gives the owners,users an image of a smart high technological district in the new settlements. Using Rocks on the Facades became a new tradition as an approach for using a Local Material that gives a good looking contrast as they say. However a building like this cost only for construction around 100 million Egyptian Pounds to give a good looking Facades that will catch lots of Corporate and banks to buy business flats to use as their Headquarters.
