A one way narrow street with parked cars/vans either side. Pedestrians are being squeezed onto narrow sidewalks. 2. 2 pieces of Invisible information are, firstly, between the hours of 11.00am and 6.00pm pedestrians dominate and they include office workers, shoppers, students and tourists and yet they get the least room. Secondly, delivery vans can only park in the middle of the street to make deliveries causing major traffic delays. 3. Using the Knowledge gained, I would recommend closing the street to vehicles between the hours of 11.00am until 7.00pm. There is a public carpark nearby and deliveries would have to be made before 11.00am. Closing off the street would immediately encourage more pedestrian use, bars and cafes would be allowed outdoor seating with buskers and small market vendors/foodtrucks welcomed. A more liveable street and a resulting increase in consumer spend.
