Visible information: Catwalk for passing pedestrians, bus stop, shopping parking cars output. Invisible information can be seen, especially at peak times, a lot of traffic, difficult to get out of the mall parking lot, traffic slowdowns due to the flow of pedestrians passing on the catwalk. These invisible information becomes a problem because it causes slow traffic and becomes dangerous for pedestrians, because despite the catwalk, cars pass at high speed. In my opinion, one solution would be to put a traffic light on the catwalk, for the passage of pedestrians, who do not pass all the time, improving the speed of traffic and pedestrian safety.
