The square is mostly the main touristical destination. The buildings are built between the 18th and the early 20th century. The yellow building is the City Hall. There are non residental buildings just govermental, commercial and historicals. There was a mass traffic till 2010 when the city became the European Cultural Capitol City and the sqare was the major project. 2. Invisible There are couple of abandoned buildings and shops unused aparments even one of the oldest Hotel in the city. Most of the apartment are in very bad shape some of them inliveable. During the construction the archeologist team saved lot of valuable historical artifacts, but there are still more left. 3. Using knowledge I would recommend to renewate the apartments then sell or let for young couples. The abandoned buildings and shops must be functional the motivation will be the renting price will be low. Last but not least the cafes bars would be allowed the outdoor seats.
