Many people have to cross these streets; 3. There are lots of power lines (cables) and poles; 4. There are heavy machinery doing work in this part of the avenue; 5. There are some commercial establishments, many appartament buildings and offices. Invisible information -> 1. There are no pedestrian crosswalk lines; 2. There are no facilities for pedestrians in the area where machines are working; 3. The work that is done on the avenue takes over 2 years and has no end date; 4. Semaphore system is controlled manually by police officers at some moments of day; 5. There are no bycicle lanes in these avenues, and there are many people that is adopting this transport here; Knowledge -> Based on prior information, citizens could propose to authorities: 1. Redesign of the crossroad and possible bycicle lane parallel to main avenues 2. Maintainance of crosswalk areas for pedestrians 3. Redesign power lines distribution to take off cables and poles (underground) 4. Improve execution planning related to public works, to reduce impact in traffic, neighbors, business, pedestrians and to the environment. 5. Improve city's traffic control system. 6. Improve security in public works areas.
