2a: Invisible is the fact that the upper floors of the buildings on the left are empty; indicating that rent levels of the commercial spaces are sufficiently high not rent out the floors above. (ie the cost of making an entrance to the upper floors -loss of sqm- is more than the potential upside) 2b: The existance of a tram infrastructure indicates the existance of a developed public transport system.
