In the distance, to the left is the downtown skyline, and to the right, a new bridge is under construction. The terrain is somewhat flat. Just past downtown is the Ohio River. There are many trees despite this being an industrial side of town. The buildings are aged, but not in disrepair. 2. A. Room for growth and growing. From the number of trees, the age of the buildings, and the new construction project. B. Americans like large sodas; from the advert for cheap 32 ounce fountain drink. 3. Room for growth: Is having such a large parking lot in the city a good use of space? Why not consider Park-and-Ride, parking garages, or improved public transportation?
