Also we can see a lot of wires on poles and a traffic cone occupying a parking spot to the store. **Invisible information** - The first thing that photo say to us is; the desrespect of motorcyclist that invaded a bike lane not carring about the cyclists and the traffic laws. Unlike motorcyclist the cars and taxis are respecting the traffic laws. The wires on poles shows that the city have a huge problem with visual pollution. The traffic cone occupies a public space is prohibited in accordance with local regulations. We conclude that in Fortaleza there needs to be a traffic education for drivers and greater oversight by the public organ.
