The road has only one lane and there are many cars parked but few pedestrians walking. First invisible information is that this street is located in the periphery of downtown. The second information that can be extracted is that in early years of 20th century these buildings were inhabited by upper-middle class and now many poor people live there. Further research should be done to check ownership of buildings, financial position of inhabitants and statistics of traffic. Then some operations should be done in order to renovate the buildings and incentivise local community. Placing more commercial services and widening the pavements may encourage people to go for a walk there. Also it is a good idea to save some space for grass or even trees.
