**Nanjing East Street, Shanghai, China** The photo was taken in an evening last winter, Nov 12, 2014. It's one of the busiest street in Shanghai, and probably in China too. **Visible infomation:** 1, It's a busy street crowded with people. 2, This street has all kinds of commercial buildings on both sides, such as plazas, food stores, wine stores. 3,Most people are not empty handed. **Invisible info:** 1, The city should have large population with these many merchants and buyers in a cold winter evening. 2, It is a city/street where some international brands have develop their market in.(Note the Baromon Wear on the near left side and the M&M Mall on the near right side) 3, All buildings were lighted up in the night. **More livable** In such a busy commercial street, there are always crowded people, so all the buildings need to be shiny to welcome and host their customers. During the process, great energy will be consumed. The more where we will spend, the more where we need to save. So in such an area where high energy is doomed to be used, we should deploy some energy saving facilities to make it more sustainable, thus more livable.
