On the picture we can see that there are some apartment houses and there is a large green territory, so the territory is probably a housing estate. 2. We can presume that the territory is probably at the rim of the city and not in the downtown, because the buildings are loosely placed and the green territory is relative big. Furthermore we can not see any shops or other, not apartment buildings in the picture so we can presume that the territory is a suburb or garden city. 3. Because this place is not a living, working or etc. junction it would be a good idea to construct a playground on the green area.
