One third of the photo is a shadow= there is some big and tall building. Aerial wiring = poor infrastructure. Mix of commercial and residencial = interesting complexity in uses. Mix of low and tall buildings = some disorder on the urban skyline. Wide pedestrian sidewalks but the zebra crossing is not well painted and there is no semaphore. The trees are in the middle of the Ave. Got that any sense?? Investigate about the benefits of trees in the cities and study where are they needed, for example in a big avenue.
