Two of the typical issues that come to my mind when I look at this photo are traffic jams and cars parked on the pavements. Well, this particular picture does not show traffic jams but you can see several cars parked on the pavement. Invisible information that can be extracted from the photo: 1. Lack of parking places 2. No responsibility for drivers who break traffic rules and park their cars on the pavements. Information about the way cars are parked in the city can become knowledge about a parking problem and city planners can add more underground parking places with more capacity to their plans to make Kyiv a more livable place.
