The name and other facts regarding the trees 3. Trees and other objects that provides shadow should be placed in a pattern that makes it impossible to stay on the same spot and get an unhealthy level of sun exposure/UV-radiation. If you stay put at the same spot, you will find yourself being in a the shadow of an object before you have gotten too much sun. You must make an active (and unwise) decision to move in order to stay in the sun too long. If you are not actively moving to another spot (perhaps because you are sleeping), you will automatically be safe from sunburns and/or increased risk for skin cancer.
