There is no traffic but please bare in mind that this photo has been taken on weekend when there is no traffic. Invisible: 1. Who are the apartment owners? 2. Who are the residences of there apartments? What is the demographic? Toronto is one of the most important cosmopolitan cities in the world. Giant development companies build these buildings and the units are sold to individuals majority of them are wealthy immigrants who buy properties in order to invest in Canadian stable market and environment. Most of these units will be rented out to people who cannot afford ownership. Some units remain empty. The renters and owners can be easily tracked down to understand their social class, life style and occupation in order to plan for proper future infrastructure including highways and roads, proper public transportation. Future commercial development, schools hospitals and many other important elements in urban pattern can be planned based on understanding of urban citizens and their lives dynamics. ![enter image description here][2] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/1434310144366891.jpg [2]: http://
