Another reading to this seen could be attributed to the sense of attachment that some of the residents have to their neighborhood which is expressed by enhancing the public seen and covering the electric pole by vineyard tree which is is strong indicators to the preciousness of the neighborhood to its residents Another reading could be the lack of awareness of the neighborhood residents to the hazardous action that the Vineyard might have hanging over the electric pole. this might give an indicator about the surrounding residents awareness and furthermore their education.
