One importante aspect thar calls our attention is that there are at least 4 big buildings (if compared to the surrounding) under construction, we can see some green areas in ponctuial places. 2.Invisible Information in this photo: We cannot see in this photo that public transportation in Teresina is underestimated and the number of cars increased about 200% in the last ten years. We cannot see in this photo (but we would be able to see in another) that, whenever it rains, since there's no drainage system under those streets, every street in the area becomes a river and it's incredibly dangerous to drive around in those moments (but it's a natural thing in here, because, you know, it rains). We cannot see in this photo that most of the apartments being built are intended to be an "investment" for most of the buyers, which is increasing the prices for housing and imitanting, in a lower level, the kind of economic bubble that started the international financial crisis in 2008; We cannot see in this picture that almost every room/apartment visible in the picture is using air conditioning at least 16 hours a day, and no attention is drawn to cheaper and environmentally more sustainable solutions for temperature comfort, including the measures that should have been taken during the project phase of those buildings. 3. It is possible to build knowledge and contribute for future city planning for example using the invisible information about the increase in car number over the last years and planning to increase the number and possibilities of public transportation (how far does it go, how often do the buses come) tryin, initially, to absorb the increment of people taken by the cars an then running after all those people who already have cars as their only one option for transportation.
