Taken this photo on one of the seven hills surrounding Granada, in South Spain, we can see the visible information of urban traces and geometries, revealed by the lighting system. 2. But, the luminance of the real living areas discover us the parts in where the people do really live, in spite of monuments and administrative areas, without live activity during the night. Besides, the black void in the photo marks the nature into the city, defining another urban system complementary to the urban areas. 3. Considering the grade of luminance in this photo and others made with the same objective, the planning services could really makes a special reinforcement of the residential conditions in the administrative areas in order to makes the whole city a livable complex.
