The aircon units of the shophouses are visible from this angle, while we only see the clean facade of the skyscrapers. 2. We can identify the energy usages of the different types of buildings, the density of occupancy of the different commercial spaces. 3. By looking at data of energy usage combined with other information, we can turn them into knowledge of how energy efficient the different buildings are, and even identify where the shortcomings are. From these, we can then look for architectural solutions in improving energy efficiency.
