This, in turn, will drive population growth as company employees will want to live close to work. Another invisible information is that there are restaurants along the beach on the ground floor of the residential apartments. This can be inferred through the presence of a parking lot adjacent to the residential towers. 3) The invisible information that the key driver to the city is the ocean through the port is important knowledge that is key to planning the city. Most importantly, the land use around the port has to be for companies, since they will be directly benefiting from the port. Also, to make the city livable, there has to be a segregation of residential plots from the industrial plots. So the residential plots will have to be built far away from the port.
