[1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14305749553463083.jpg **2:** *first:* **visible:** the metal fence > **invisible:** there may be a history of car accidents here due too people crossing the street then the fence was built to prevent them from crossing. *second:* **visible:** air conditionals > **invisible:** this indicates that this area is of hot climate, and the air conditionals are not central which indicates the individual life style of the residents. *third:* **visible:** Old residential buildings vs new buildings > **invisible:** the old building is of 5 floors + ground flour, the new buildings are the double. this may indicate the change of regulations of maximaum heights over the years. *fourth:* **visible:** Advertisments > **invisible:** indicates that many passengers passes by this street during normal working days. *fifth:* **visible:** absence of green areas > **invisible:** indicates that the land price is high in this area, and econoically it's better for the owner to build and sell apartments. **3:** by calculating the number of air conditionals we can calculate the average consumption of energy per residential unit, and enhance the block with renewable energy source or may help in future regional planning for energy, or how to design an insulating envelope for the building to decrease the amount of energy used to power the air conditionals.
