What one cannot see, being though invisible information is the cost of the overall transformation that is happening in this area and time expected for ROI. Also invisible is the lifecycle of materials and cost/energy to maintain them. I believe that in the second case it still needs an improvement to overcome the impact of materials that are applied in construction and will give hard time for maintenance or even to replace them. Design process and construction share the same concern having an updated shared information schedule regarding all materials applied in construction for better control and anticipation of problems.
