As **visible information**, we can see buildings with an architecture from the years 1800 on the right side of the photo that are now mixed with modern constructions. We can also see a crane showing that there is a high density development in this sector. Furthermore, we see a parking lot that is probably a future space for development in this quarter. As **invisible information**, the photo demonstrates a need to build for luxurious apartments in this part of the city. The Old Montreal is a touristic quarter near the Center of Montreal where we can find a high concentration of business and commercial activities. The Old Montreal is a lovely livable place near the center that can explained this demand for housing but the citizens living there have good salaries because these apartments are very expensive. We see some trees on the parking lot but we do not see any parcs or green area on this photo. However, Montreal is a city where there are a multitude of parks and trees. As **contribution for the urban planning**, we can hope that the parking lot will become underground and will be replaced in part by a park and maybe by another building for apartments for the other part (this parking is huge).
