There are some fabrics in the outskirts of the city that have a large production capacity. However, this is not enough to meet the increasing needs of the city’s population. In these terms, food can be considered a flow and is expected to have similar trends in the future. **Historical buildings** The city’s center is also its historical part. Most of its buildings are designed by Italian architects and thus, have a strong influence from Italian architecture. Their construction dates back to almost 100 years and comprise a significant part of the city’s historical heritage. Even though the city is developing rapidly,such importance will be more highlighted in the future. **Transport** Another example of flows in Tirana is transport. Various transport methods are used in the city, the most frequent being cars and buses. The rapid growth of Tirana’s population has its effect also in the increasing of the number of cars used in the city. Public transport is also popular, even though not as popular as cars.
