Water:** In this case water can be divided in water getting in the city (Clean Water) and water getting out the city (Used Water), it is possible locate the supplying points from the rivers surrounding the city, and the pipe network undergronund, and in some cases the storage high ground system and finally the distribution to the housing system. It is possible to build a Spatial Network Model to comprehend the behavior of the consumption and usage of the liquid. And a possible aplication is to identify the critic hours of consumption in order to intensify the operational system, for example a valve system that control the dosification depending of the areas. **2.Food:** As the example of water, the food it is a Basic Issue in the city system, there are two different networks: the commercial network with supermarkets and its Distribution Centers; and the Farmers Market System, then we have to inter related networks, that generates strong flows from node to node, at different hours on operation. And the second part of the problem is the micro flows of people getting the food, that at the end generates great amounts of Flow. If we could make a Spatial Network Model to get behavioural conclusions, the results could give answers to modify the network or create sub nodes for example. **3. People:** In this case I will only refer to the phenomena of students and schools, this is a sub layer of people flows, but it is a real impact in the operation of the city and the life quality indeed. Schools are Stocks, with large amount of people staying there for several hours and a determined hour appear the flows, and the nodes of the system are intense. If we can comprehend the functioning of the system and create a Spatial Network Model we could read the different combinations and as I said in the water case open and close some street city valves.
