I'll spoken of the municipality where I was born, but known to Itu, located 100km from the city and state of São Paulo, SP. Itu is considered a typical tourist resort, with many rusticiade and historiedade, as we can see in the images below collected in the municipality's website. There are about of 150 000 inhabitants, more than 400 years of history, cradle of the Republic of Brazil, but if we consider urban development over the years, Itu has become a city without dormitória many jobs and tours. The concept stocks and flows, is applied in the following situations: - Flow is done by expressways and collectors, leading local municipality. Most of its territory is taken by rural and luxury condominiums. The masi common problems in small municipalities are the bad administration and industrial disorder that many vezs has not. Itu is growing back, regressing over the years.
