Firstly, people in this area can be labeled as a stock when is considered that the neighborhoods around are very traditional, such as “Quinta Camacho and Los Rosales”. When still living people from many years ago and even generations ago. On the other hand, this zone is also a financial sector of the city and a place where the commerce has a strong importance. So there is a flow of people, also, attracted by the activities. A majority of young professionals are coming to make this zone as their homes. ![Traditional houses of Los Rosales neighborhood. Bogota, Colombia.][2] Secondly, density is a flow and stock very notable in this area, there is a group of people who resides in this area and is more or less stable, could be said that this people's density is a stock. On the other hand, since this zone is full of activities, every day come to this area hundreds of people to work, and this shows us a flow of people's density. Thirdly, the capital represents a notable stock and flow of the entire city and can be visible in this zone of the 72 Street and 7th avenue. Colombia][3] This were the stocks and flows more evident in this sector of Bogota and, how could these change in order to benefit the quality of life in the future? Financial sectors generally have the condition of having much people at the same time during labor days but few during weekends. Obviously the residents could not match the same amount of people that comes to work everyday, there are factors such as a land price and space that difficult that possibility but, could be very positive to the neighborhood to have a bigger stock of people. This would be possible by creating more facilities that supports 'families' or 'homes' during labor days or weekends such as parks, residences, low scale stores, a alternative design of the neighborhood more cozy, familiar; quiet and green. When we talk about density we are having direct relationship with the previous topic, the density of people could increase by number and get a bigger stock when residential facilities and environment will be offered, on the other hand, the constant flow of density can be positively affected by the architecture of the place being more friendly. A better design of the public space would lead to that. The capital of the area is represented by the architecture of the financial activities, and this is a stock of tall buildings close to each other giving the sensation of oppression. This stock could increase by summing up more capital coming from other very valuable stock which is water. At the top end of the 72 street there is a creek with pure water that comes down the east hills, the landscape around is another very valuable stock and public space with landscape design could bring an extension of these beautiful and vital stocks to center of the main activities generating a way better spaces for everyone and directly increasing the quality of life of all people around.
