**Three main stocks** of Central Cape Town are The Parliament Buildings, The Many Hotels and Table Mountain. **Three main flows** here are The Parliamentarians, The Financial Transactions and The many high Profile Tourists. This was the situation when whites only voted before 1994 and also since everyone voted since 1994. Central Cape Town is the Mother City of South Africa where most major political movements and companies were born. Its was the first City in South Africa, with its oldest buildings. Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and The Indian Ocean, that meet at Cape Point, the City is Central on the Atlantic Coast, which is only 30 km West of The Indian Coast. At least a third of Central Cape Town is reclaimed land, into Table Bay. While The City grew from Central Cape Town, along two routes for about 30 km, where you could find commercial and residential buildings in one stretch, after 1994 with a change in Government , the City has now grown in separate locations. Major businesses expanded and had to find larger space, while many foreigners from third world countries occupied the old smaller spaces with spaza shops. This now divided Central Cape Town into Hotels of many ratings and Spaza shops, and some better developed office space for businesses that need to be near The Supreme Court, The Parliament and Government Agencies, The Harbour and the for the many Touring Agencies. ![Table Mountain in Central Cape Town][1] [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14315454635205989.jpg
