1º)Majdahonda had,![enter image description here][1] forty years ago, only 4000 inhabitants, so the most important flow has been people coming from other places, mainly downtown Madrid to live here. Electricity has become an important item for the city. Old aerial lines, with many disruptions, have been changed for underground infrastructure with better accomplishments. Streets, many new streets have been built, in the same way as new buildings did 2º) In the late nineties and early twenties construction increase quickly, so problems of congestion, mainly on the rush hours is nowadays one of the main problems of the city. Pollution is increasing not as important as in Madrid, but the air is not so fine as it was years before. 3º) In future development must be slower, connection with other surrounding towns must increase in order not to be so dependent of Madrid in jobs or leisure.
