The most important stocks and flows in my city are: - Water - Food - Land Water Water is produced by desalination. It supplies the whole population of the city (more than 300 000 people). Its production is about 15000 m3/day. The stock of the water is made in reservoirs. The water source is the sea. ![enter image description here][1] Food Most of food is produced abroad (all type of cans, most of olive oil, processed food like corn, milk, and others). The island imports lots of containers daily to supply the city and the island with food. ![enter image description here][2] Land A significant part of the city has been built on some land gained to the sea. For exemple, the maritime road, (a 6 rails road of more than 6 km long). ![enter image description here][3] Ways to improve these stocks and flows Water consumption could reduced by using devices consuming less water. Food importation could be improved by producing more food in the island but there scarcity of water. Land consumption could be improved by buliding in different areas. Greetings.
