(1)The radial system of roads and a bridge system that connects south over the water road, (2) the water road and the harbour that receives boats from the ocean and (3) the airport that exists in the centre of the city. The city core its a stock of touristic activity, also a commercial and a business stock(1) that works like an electric battery capting resources. The problem is that the radial system of the city, because of topography, it's slow and people need to go back into suburbia because its expensive to live in the city, so in the night we just find tourists in the city and a few that can afford to live among them.
