First of all the house is build from adobe ( clay and straws ) ,a traditional and cheap building material that’s actually a good thermal insulator. The first modern element is present on the roof , which is plated with steel. We can also spot steel bars on the windows of the building on the main door. Also the fence is made from reinforced concrete , while most of the traditional fences in the area were made of wood. The construction itself, it’s probably 70-80 years old with the small number of modern elements added more recently.
