As it was taken at noon, there are not many cars in the road. It is a low density residential area, with lots of green, a lots of trees. We see that there is no sidewalk. Some invisible information we can extract is that this is not a pedestrian friendly area (no sidewalk, people have to walk in the grass or go through the verge of the street). There are no bus stops near, so the prefered way of mobility is the car (as it was taken at noon, there is almost no traffic, but in rush hours there is a carmageddon every morning). In order to make the city more livable, there must be some policies to make the city more pedestrian friendly and get more people to use the public transport. It will reduce rush hours congestion.
