1. This is a picture taken from a hilltop in Esch-sur-Alzette in Luxembourg. At the bottom of the picture there are some trees before a railway on which drives a train. At the center of the picture lays the city which seems to be mostly consisting of apartment buildings. In the background you can see steel industry buildings which belong to the steel industry that played an important role for the development of the city. 2. The first invisible information comes from the fact that nearly every building in the city is a residential house. This means that the city is mostly used to live and not to work, furthermore is hints that most people that live in Esch are commuters. Secondly we can see that the train passes directly besides living space. Therefore we can conclude that the housing prices in the street parallel to the railway are cheaper than in the rest of the city. 3. The first invisible information shows to the city planners that they must invest either in public transport that brings the commuters to work or they have to make the city interesting for employers.
