That's dependency on TV at home and dependency on electricity. The physical impact of this is change in skyline, change in whole architecture view of the city and shape of its buildings. Probably, this human habitat should be considered in advance, instead of adding such results of the predictable dependency (the same with air-conditioners that uglify and disfigure walls in so many buildings here).
