1. Safety 2. economy 3. climate 4. infrastructure 5. international conectivity 2) 1. Job opportunities 2. friends and family 3. recreation possibilities (lot of spare time) 4. safety (safer than other Venezuelan cities) 5. Climate (the sun always shine, i do not like winter) 3) i would say maracaibo historically fulfills 65% of my criteria, but at this moment in time in Venezuela with food shortages and all the other stuff going on at the moment i would have to give it a 40% just because there are worst places to live in. 4) My first measure would be to affect a change in the urban climate, i keep coming back to a frase that was said in the first course, that no hot and noisy city is among the most livable and maracaibo is both very hot and very noisy, so i would attack that problem first also because i think planting trees effectively regulates the micro climate at the street sidewalk level, and helps to absorb some noise, and its one of the easiest forms of intervention. 5) Berlin, Marseille, Bogota I choose theses 3 cities because for me my friends and social connections are very important, i come from a place where you have many lifelong friends, and this 3 cities i have friends and family, being from maracaibo almost any place feels better. I live in maracaibo basically because i bought the business that has been in our family since 1926, so for me is a set decision in the sense that the business and its main market is in maracaibo 1. Safety 2. Culture 3. Job Opportunities 4. Transportation 5. International Connectivity [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14444058012997423.jpeg
