In the background we see the electricity infrastructure, while in the center is the Cheonggyecheon Stream, which serves both as a water (previously wastewater), but also as a pedestrian transportation highway. Unlike all the other walkways for miles, this one is uninterrupted, allowing for recreation or just a faster way to walk/bike to work.
