Picture above shows motorway construction site in Gliwice, Poland. You can see there multiple materials, like steel rods, concrete elements, pavement bricks, pipes and some wooden elements. None of these materials are locally made, especially concrete elements which could have been prefabricated virtually everywhere, but definitely not in the city of final construction.
