I took this picture in my home town, Resende. It shows the bridge Nilo Peçanha. This bridge was built in April, 1905. It is a very good example of a globalized construction because all the metal parts of this bridge were brought from Belgium (More than 9,000 km away). The technique used was pre-fabricated modules.
