But the important here is the materials, well the materials that they use are: steel, concrete, caseton (for the lightened slab) and brick. And all the buildings have the same material cause Jersey city is an old city that almost all its architecture consists of brick facade and tall, narrow, high constructions. So eventough the buildings are new they are trying to keep the original style of the city with the facade but now they are using more globalized materials
