![enter image description here][2] Foreign technology and construction equipment were used for construction: - Valode&Pistre (France, [Valode&Pistre web site][3]) was responsible for the architecture and interior design; - Bouygues Batiment International ([Bouygues web site][4]) took over the responsibilities of the designer and General contractor; - Liebherr ([Liebherr web site][5]) as producer of construction crane (can see at the photo). So this is clear example of international collaboration.
