It's a hotel that's being built in Tashkent. I don't have exact information about the building process, I'll tell some facts I managed to find. Structural frame of reinforced concrete is made on building side using Turkish devices. Hovewer, all the materials for frame is produces in Uzbekistan. Decorative materials for facing are imported from China (it's said that it's white marble). There are also heat-insulating materials. Many kinds of heat-insulating materials are produced in Uzbekistan, but I don't know about these on hotel.
