This photo shows the interior of a train station in São Paulo called Estação da Luz. This building was concluded in 1901, when Brasil didn't have steel production and was very influenciated by England. In the photo, we can see, beyond the imported architectural language (very common in the late 1800s and early 1900s) the steel structure, produced by the british and shipped to Brazil.
