This picture is of the National Stadium in Costa Rica at Park la Sabana at night. This building was a gift from China as an agreement with the goverment. Most of the material were imported from China. The workers were from China, architects, engenieers and design also. The project was more expensive than the original budget. At first there were a lot of issues but now is a really liked project. There is always the problem that roads and near infrastructure was not planned for the stadium, so everytime there is an activity nearby roads collapses and there are problems with the parking of cars because public transportation is really bad in Costa Rica.
