Due to size of the project and time constraints, the client required a simple and cost-effective solution for the construction process. The answer came from CCL, company with vast experience in construction in the middle east. They were able to provide a post-tensioned solution that would preserve the design intent and satisfy the client requirements. The mix of post-tensioned transfer beams and slabs allowed simple form-work and flat soffits for ease and speed of construction. Thinner slabs also improved savings in material costs over the whole development of the project.
