Even though some construction materials are sourced locally such as cement, rebars, aggregates etc. there are some items that are imported. This includes specialized materials such as glass panels, claddings and interior finishing. Any materials whether locally or foreign can be sourced in the use of this project. The only limitations are the costs and it availability at the site.
