Those informations are quite visible in the picture with the high rise shape of the city. One of of the invisible information we have is that Belo Horizonte was a planned city and since the beginning of its plan the city had a critical social-spatial segregation. The segregation was intensified with time, the poor are living far from the big centres and in places lacking infrastructure. That situation open space for a big number of land speculation. The second invisible information is that Belo Horizonte is a car oriented city and the public transport don't attend well all the inhabitant. That situation allied to the spatial segregation makes the city face a big traffic problem, for a long time the government strategy was to open more roads or expand the existent ones.
