Copenhagen IT-University & Arkitema A/S Buildings [1]: https://edxuploads.s3.amazonaws.com/14148474646233384.jpg As it has been mentioned by the lecturers there are a lot of information that is hidden behind what we see and don't. Looking at this picture we can see from the picture that two buildings represent the same architectural style such as modern style by giving us a specific information already and letting us to form a certain opinion about the architectural style in Denmark. Form the first point of view, someone who is looking at the picture would think that Denmark is a country of a new and modern architecture but what the viewer cannot see is the data which would say that Denmark is a country of a history and that most of the buildings represent the classical architecture based on country's history. So sometimes first information that we receive can be misleading and form a wrong point of view. Talking about the history, from the picture we can also identify the building materials building but just considering the outer shell of the building. Just looking at the picture we can say that building belongs glass and brick (if we look closer)materials but what we do not see is the actual and specific properties of those materials which hide even more detail information about material's size, fire properties, moisture properties or production place and that brick is the basic building material in Denmark presenting the history related to all country's architecture. Other thing that is the invisible about these two buildings is that we are not able to identify the possible activities that are going on inside the buildings which would allow us to identify different purposes of the buildings as well as people who are engaging inside. So the purpose of the building, activities and people who are inside the building are also the invisible information that we cannot identify just looking at it but would give us a deeper understanding people needs what would help to develop the surrounding and outside activities which would obviously be different for every group of people such as students, office workers or children. To know all the mentioned parameters is important in city development considering different city areas as well.
