![enter image description here][2] 1. This is a photo taken from Logan Circle in Philadelphia. Center in the picture is The Philadelphia Art Museum. To the right is the Free Library of Philadelphia. The picture was taken at 8:00am on a week day and it can be assumed the people in the picture are heading to work or school, as the area is surrounded by offices and the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel and several other campuses are near by. 2.) The invisible are the traffic patterns and volume that use the major thruway that goes between the Art Museum and Logan's circle, called the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Also the Philadelphia Art Museum houses hundreds of priceless pieces of artwork. 3.) With millions of people visiting the Museum yearly, the city has built a under ground garage nearby, as well as changed the on street parking rules to make it easier for visitors to stop and look around with out paying too much money to use a lot.
