In the forefront, we can see the shared bicycles, offered by the city of Barcelona, called "Bicing". behind, there is a parking entrance, a street lamp and traffic lights. In the background we can see the famous "Torre Agbar", desgined by arquitect Jean Nouvel. 2-Identify and present two "invisible information" that can be extracted out of the visible information of this photo. First invisible information: data from shared bikes usage: where do they come from, travel duration, time of arrival, at what time the station is full / empty... Second invisible information: lighting management: at what time the light is on/off, how much energy is used in this area, ... 3- how this invisible information can become knowledge and contribute to the planning of a more liveable urban space The information collected from Bicing users can be used to optimize cycle lines, to create new stations, to empty stations that are full at a certain time for people not to wait to let the bike. Interaction with Bicing users can also be used to improve security: they can notice a problem in traffic line, or lack of visibility, in some places... and the probably have many ideas to improve there cycling experience through the city!
